# REFUND POLICY
At Jersey Plug, we aim to deliver quality football jerseys and a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
## RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges and store credit requests within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must still be included
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Due to the nature of our products and sourcing process, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Minor variations in product appearance
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
## STORE CREDIT
Approved returns may be issued as Jersey Plug store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
Store credit does not expire.
## DAMAGED, WRONG OR LOST ITEMS
If your item arrives:
- damaged,
- incorrect,
- or is confirmed lost in transit,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We may offer:
- a replacement item,
- exchange,
- or store credit depending on the situation.
Please include:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item/package,
- and a brief description of the issue.
## SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, some items are sourced from trusted suppliers after purchase.
Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and courier delays.
Jersey Plug is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers,
- customs,
- weather,
- or external delivery issues outside of our control.
## RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was sent,
- or the item arrived damaged/faulty.
We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
